1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form on this website, we process:

• Identification and contact data: name, company, e-mail address, phone number
• Content of the enquiry: your message and any file you attach (specification, drawing, PDF)
• Technical data: IP address and browser information collected automatically by our hosting provider for security purposes
• Website usage data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, referring website and a pseudonymous visitor identifier. IP addresses are truncated and not stored

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a quotation or cooperation proposal. The legal bases are:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given by ticking the consent box in the contact form
• Steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Legitimate interest in the security of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) to analytics cookies, given in the cookie bar and revocable at any time on the Cookies page

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Recipients and international transfers

The website and the contact form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). Form submissions are transmitted and stored using encryption. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.

With your consent, website usage data are processed by Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics) and may be transferred to Google LLC (USA) under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Without consent, only anonymous, cookieless signals that cannot identify you are sent to Google. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Retention period

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any subsequent business relationship, but no longer than 2 years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Google Analytics usage data are retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data rectified
• have your data erased
• restrict processing
• data portability
• object to processing
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
